Pipeline brief on Monday. Account-prep when a meeting hits the calendar. Follow-ups drafted from the call transcript.
Monday morning pipeline brief, in your inbox by 7am
Half a workweek of pipeline prep handled before you sit down Monday.
You walk in Monday with a pipeline brief already waiting in #sales-pipeline. The job runs while you sleep: pipeline-review against HubSpot, fan-out to one sub-agent per top-10 account for account-research, all rolled up into a single brief.
How to set it up
- 1
Install the sales plugin
Pick one path; both end up with the same plugin installed.
Install in Cowork ↗claude plugin install sales@pace - 2
Authorize HubSpot and Slack
The first time you run any sales skill, Claude opens an OAuth window. Sign into HubSpot, then Slack. Once per service.
- 3
Create the scheduled routine
In Cowork, open Routines → New routine. Pick Schedule trigger, set it to Weekly · Monday · 06:30 in your timezone.
- 4
Paste this as the routine prompt
This is the actual prompt Claude runs each week. Edit the channel name and account count to match your team.
Routine prompt Run pipeline-review against HubSpot. Slice the output by deal stage. For each of the top 10 accounts by deal size, spawn a sub-agent that runs account-research with that account's name. Roll up all sub-agent findings into a single Monday morning brief: pipeline summary at the top, per-account notes underneath. Post the brief to #sales-pipeline in Slack.

The first run takes 2-3 minutes. The brief lands in
#sales-pipeline. Once you've seen it work, the routine fires every Monday at 06:30 automatically. No further action needed.
Auto-prep when a meeting lands on the calendar
The hook reads the attendee's email, runs call-prep, and drops the brief into the event description. By the time you open the meeting, the brief is already there: account history, recent activity, talking points, three questions to ask.
How to set it up
- 1
Create the API-triggered routine
In Cowork, open Routines → New routine → API. Save and copy the routine URL + bearer token; point the upstream webhook at it (e.g. calendar provider, Intercom webhook, PagerDuty webhook, depending on the trigger).
- 2
Paste this as the routine prompt
Calendar hook prompt When a calendar event lands with an external attendee, read the attendee email. Pull the account from HubSpot, recent activity, news, and any prior calls. Draft a brief into the event description: account history, recent activity, three talking points, three discovery questions.

Draft follow-ups straight from the Zoom transcript
The hook pulls the transcript, runs call-summary to extract decisions and action items, then draft-outreach to compose the follow-up. Plan mode parks the draft for your approval. One click sends; the reply gets logged back to HubSpot, and sequence-load can enroll the contact into a multi-touch sequence if the deal warrants it.

Deal-health watch, flagged before stalls show up in the forecast
Twice a week, a routine sweeps every open opportunity over $50k. If a deal hasn't moved stages, hasn't had inbound or outbound contact, or is approaching its close-date without a meeting on the books, it gets flagged in a Slack thread with three concrete next moves. Reps don't notice deals stalling on Friday's pipeline review; they fix them on Tuesday.
How to set it up
- 1
Create the scheduled routine in Cowork
In Cowork, open Routines → New routine → Schedule. Match the cadence described in the trigger above.
- 2
Paste this as the routine prompt
Deal-health scan prompt Every Tuesday and Friday at 9am, scan every open opportunity over $50k in HubSpot. Flag any deal that hasn't moved stages in 14 days, has had no inbound or outbound contact in 7 days, or is within 21 days of its close-date with no meeting on the calendar. For each flagged deal, post a thread to #sales-flagged with: the deal, the symptom, and three concrete next moves the rep could make this week.
